CONTACT INFORMATION

As a small reclaimed golf ball business, we take pride in offering premium products to our customer at affordable prices, and as avid golfers ourselves, we understand the importance of the condition of the golf ball.
To make sure each customer receives an order that is up to our standard, we follow a process that will separate the varieties of graded golf balls.

"A" GRADE

An 'A grade' golf ball is similar to a golf ball that has only been played with for a couple of holes before it was lost. It still has a new and glossy layer around and feels close to a brand new golf ball when holding it. However, pen markings and logos can still appear on this specific grading of golf balls. We aim to provide around 10–11 'A grade' golf balls in each dozen sold, ensuring that the customer is receiving a majority of excellent quality balls.

"B" GRADE

A 'B grade' ball may have been played with for one or two rounds of golf before it was lost. Even though they are still in great condition and will perform to very high standards, the golf ball may start to show signs of wear, for example: blemishing, discolouration, and a loss of luster. Pen markings and logos may also appear on these gradings of balls. To ensure that customers receive a batch of golf balls in excellent condition, we aim to only use around 1–2 'B grade' balls per dozen sold.

Balls that we do not include

Every ball we send out will meet our condition requirements. This means that you will not receive a ball that will purposely perform badly or have any serious damage to it. Below are some examples of balls that we dispose of.
